Here is the final result for my “Ted Talks”
video! Once again, my video is about How to Improve Your Running Mile. In the
video, I talk about a variety of strategies to improve your mile, however, I
only touched on a few suggestions as there are so many strategies you can use
to improve your mile.

I couldn't have made this film without the help of my wonderful sister Katelyn. She has always been an immense help with many of my creative endeavours and her contributions to this project are much appreciated.
Katelyn is a Music Education student at the University of Toronto. She knows how to fluently play over 15 instruments and aspires to become a Music University Professor or Professional Orchestra Conductor. Her favourite pass-times include learning to play new instruments, exploring the outdoors and spending quality time with friends and family.
